Tips for Involving Long Distance Family
"I come from a large family - 3 brothers, 2 sisters and me. I tell people I am
the only child who survived to adulthood because I am the only one helping my
parents."
A 40-year-old client of The Best Move.
Chances are you have or will deal with the organizing opportunities that arise from a
client over the age of 65 who is moving from their primary home to smaller

crease 33 percent between now and the year 2030 (from
263.4 million to 350 million) the group over 65 will increase 109 percent (from 33.6

the United States.
Family Matters!
In many of our projects, we find that one family member is usually carrying the burden of
helping their elder parent(s) with reorganizing and downsizing. Often it is a matter
of location-location-location (they are the closest in terms of proximity).
