It's About Time...

that we focus in on our emotional health when planning our day's activities.  How often do you say to yourself that you just wish you had more time to think, or maybe, to just sit and relax?  Managing your time efficiently by planning out your day is important.  However, it is equally important not to use your newly discovered efficiency as a tool only to fit more "things" into your day.  While you are prioritizing your activities, don't forget to plan down time!  Each day we need to take the time to escape, to reflect, or merely, just to be.  Children need this time "off" too.
