Try some of these activities as your "down time":

  • read a book

  • take a walk

  • listen to your favorite CD

  • write a letter to an old friend

  • visit a museum

  • plan a family activity

  • meditate

  • take a warm bath, surrounded by lit candles

  • eat an ice cream sundae, guilt free


Efficient use of time and organization skills leads to success.  However, success tastes better when we nourish our souls.  So plan your down time.  It will make you happier and in a better position to enjoy your newly organized self.
